Below is the Cronkite Broadcast Equipment Checkout form. This form should be submitted each time by each individual student who wishes to checkout broadcast equipment. Any downtown student is able to make a request; however, they must have special approval from a Cronkite professor. Please click on the icon to access the agreement.
